First of I’d like to start by saying thank you to John he made the first time house buying process as easy and stress free as it could be in this crazy market which I greatly appreciated. Last year my boyfriend and I worked with a different realtor for months looking for a home and John finally showed us what a real realtor should be and should do. He was ALWAYS available and if he wasn’t right at that moment he got back to my very quickly. He coached us through the searching process then making an offer that would hopefully land us the house we needed and then the closing part! I honestly think we would still be looking if we went with anybody but John. I am truly happy with not only our new home but with how the whole process went. If anyone thinks buying a home is a headache they clearly haven’t worked with John😁 I highly recommend him for anyone just looking, buying or selling because he truly is the best, most caring, honest and trustworthy realtor your going to find around.

If you are looking to buy a home John is your man! John man the buying process so easy and smooth. Anytime I had a question he responded immediately to my emails, phone calls, and texts regardless of the day or time. To me that was extremely important with the way the market is now a days. Another huge factor that made him a valuable agent is that he helped me pick a home that was a perfect fit without getting caught up in the exciting emotions of buying a house. I was ready to put a offer on a house that wasn’t the perfect fit but I didn’t see that at the moment because I was so excited to buy something. Thankfully after talking it through with John I realized that wasn’t the house for me. A few weeks later we found the one that was for me and we won the bid. At the inspections we found that the septic system needed to be replaced. John guided me through the negotiations and we got the system replaced. I have now been in this house for 2 months and I’m loving it.
